We were caught up in the insanity that was the Eurostar shutting down for 24 hours last week, and Elite Pet Taxi and Marcel came to the rescue. They were able to get my partner and dog back into the UK on the same day when every other transit solution or company said it was impossible. They were kind, calm, and efficient, and walked us through the entire process, which was quite stressful given the surrounding situations. I have used other pet transfer services before, and no one was as helpful, kind or knowledgeable as Marcel, his lovely wife, and Daniel, the driver. I flew to Paris from New York with my 2 year old fox terrier and then Marcel picked me up at CDG and drove me to London. They took great care of our stressful journey through each and every step. They took my call the day before traveling when I discovered an issue with the paperwork and they walked me through a solution. And then they went above and beyond to make sure it was all sorted and that every part of our journey was smooth and stress-free. I spent the day with Marcel having great conversation and watching him masterfully guide me and my dog through all of the checkpoints. His car is clean and new, and he's a fantastic driver. International travel with my dog was enormously stressful, but thanks to Marcel and Lucia we both arrived in London calm and happy! I flew with my 3 cats from China to Paris and then Marcel from Elite Pet Taxi drove me and the cats from Paris to Leicester. At first I had thought about trying to do this drive myself with a hire car but I am 100% glad that I did not do that! Marcel was incredibly helpful with all the documentation, I could not have done this on my own. We decided to use Elite Pet Company based on their reply when we reached out to them, we found their reply to be very personable and this was also the case while we drove from Paris to home. Marcel chatted with me for the entire journey, it made a 9 hour trip feel like 30 minutes. Marcel made sure that the cats were well looked after and made sure that I was comfortable the whole trip. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to choose Elite Pet Taxi 👍🏻. Our driver Marcel was welcoming and the car was very clean. He also prepared water and some snacks in case we were hungry. Litter box also available! He made sure all of us, including our pets, were taken care of from start to the end. It was raining when we arrived and he even helped us with the bags. Marcel and Lucia were fantastic for our 4 hour trip from Calais, through the Chunnel and into central London. Marcel picked us up in a beautiful Mercedes van. He explained the whole process for getting us through pet control (2 cats) and then through passport control so we knew exactly what to expect. The whole experience was great, Danut, the driver, was amazing; he was caring, friendly and professional and got me home even earlier than the supposed time.
