Excellent service! The trip was smooth and comfortable for me and my dog. Our driver Marcel, was extremeley friendly and accomodating. He was waiting for us at the airport door and deliverd us home, crossing the boarders of France and Uk with no problem at all. Very professional, at all the steps of the process, from pet to boarder control. Would recommend Elite Pet Taxi Ltd to anyone who needs this service to enter into the UK.

Trip went extremely smoothly, Marcel was an excellent driver and was very helpful in making sure I had all the correct documentations for entering the country. My dog loved the car ride and there was plenty of stops for her to go to the bathroom and be as comfortable as possible.

From the first phone call Marcel was helping way more than I expected. He took care of everything, from advices about the bureaucracy, through making sure we will recognise him on the airport, to bringing us safely to our destination. Lucia was very helpful with our booking and readily addressed our questions to give us peace of mind before travelling. On the day of travel, the driver Abdul ensured that we were comfortable after a long flight and gave us a safe and smooth drive. Thanks to him, we cleared all the immigration/customs quickly without any issues and well ahead of schedule. We felt relaxed and assured with their service and highly recommend it.

From the very beginning of finding elite pet taxi online and getting into contact with Lucia and Marcel they have been so helpful with the entire process. Marcel ensured to look over my documentation and provide me with assistance in anything I needed to do for a smooth travel with the pet taxi. Upon arriving in Paris with my cat my driver hashmat was there waiting to help me carry my bags to the car, and was very caring and supportive In helping me. Hashmat was very friendly, and kept conversations with me throughout the long drive making the long drive feel far shorter which was greatly appreciated. Hashmat was more than willing to stop when I needed to use the washroom or get food/drinks and offered his help wherever needed. Upon arriving at pet reception Hashmat knew the receptionists and I was through pet reception within 5 minutes. Overall if I could give a higher rating I would as elite pet taxi made my trip from Paris to England smooth, stress free, and Hashmat was also a very good driver which was very relieving.

Abdul was a great driver, friendly, experienced and a source of very useful advice. We had complicated paperwork, with cats arriving from Asia, and he was very helpful at the Eurotunnel pet check-in

The trip from Paris CDG to central London was smooth and easy. Marcel was very knowledgeable and helpful and was a great company which helped the time to pass faster. There was even a litter box provided and a complimentary bottle of water. From my first contact Marcel and Lucia were very responsive and answered all my questions. It was my first trip with my cat and I was nervous, but thanks to Elite Pet Taxi all was very smooth and easy. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again in the future! Marcel and Lucia are absolutely wonderful and helped me and my cat travel from Paris to London. They took care of the LeShuttle ticket booking for me, and they had excellent communication with me throughout this process. Thank you for Marcel and our driver Hashmat. We had trouble getting our documents processed at the Pet Reception but Hashmat patiently helped us get to a vet nearby to redo the documents. The whole trip took us almost 12 hours because of all the troubles at the border but Hashmat kept it cool and professional. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi, the communication and response time was excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable with the paperwork needed and offered to review mine before I travelled. The pricing is fair and invoicing is easy to understand and transparent. My driver was Abdul, he is a great driver and an even better person. He picked me up in Paris helped me with loading my luggage, which was alot and very heavy. Abdul was great with my pets and was very helpful when crossing the border to the UK. We drove all the way to Liverpool and had great conversations along the way. The whole experience was great and driving with Abdul was very comfortable and the travel time flew by. Marcel went out of his way to support us in a stressful situation. (My dog needed to travel for medical reasons) I truly felt that we are not “just another passenger” but there is someone to look after us. Was very helpful with planning, actively looking for the best solution crossing the tunnel in peak season. I’m very grateful for his help and kindness. Lucia was very helpful and efficient with the booking process, with great communication. Marcel picked us up from the airport in Paris and drove us straight to our home in England. He made sure we and our dog had a comfortable journey and we were able to make multiple stops for us and our dog’s needs. There were even snacks and water on the car. Would recommend!

I had called a few other pet taxi services before finding Elite Pet Taxi, and my decision to go with them was made right away after speaking with them on the phone. I honestly would recommend them to all of my friends and family. My dog (Millie) and I flew to Paris from Costa Rica - we were delayed and our driver waited for over 2 hours at the airport for us. I was tired and in tears to be reunited with my dog, and our driver (Hashmat) could not have been nicer. He made us feel so welcome, had water ready for myself and my dog. At the first good pit stop we stopped so she could walk around and we could get some food. Our drive ended up taking about 10 hours and the whole journey was extremely pleasant with Hashmat.
