We had a fantastic experience, very friendly customer service up until and including the day of travel. Communication was easy and consistent - our driver, Marcel, let us know when he arrived early and picked us up as soon as we were ready. He and Lucia were incredibly knowledgeable and made the process easy, from advising us on health certificates to getting through customs from France to the UK without any stress or issues. Marcel even managed to find us some good vegan food on the journey and got us home on time!

Our driver Marcel Zubko was amazing. Before the trip, when we were just communicating via text, he was conscientious and helpful - he outlined the route and reviewed our dogs' documents. In person, he was courteous and personable. At the start of the trip, he explained the route and what to expect at inspection. He helped us through animal inspection. This was my first time traveling with animals (2 tiny senior dogs) and we were all very nervous. Marcel greatly reduced my stress level throughout this entire process. My dogs and I were truly lucky to have met Marcel.

I travelled at the beginning of March 2026 with my cat from Hong Kong. The whole process of planning the trip (which I had not done before) was stressful. I wanted to fly with my cat in the cabin so chose Lufthansa from HK to Paris (via Frankfurt) for that reason. I planned everything more than 6 months in advance. Then, 1 week before my trip the French pet taxi company I had booked with suddenly tells me they cannot drive us anymore from Calais to London. I was in an absolute state of panic. After some googling and scouring of online reviews I found this company, messaged them on Whatsapp, they got back to me immediately with really detailed and clear info from the lady in the office and I was booked within the hour. From then on the communication was perfect, the meet and greet at Charles de Gaulle was prompt. The car was ready for the cat, with blankets on the seat so that he could be taken out of the carrier and stretch and travel comfortably. Litter was also provided. Snacks and water provided for human travellers provided also, in the car. The driver was so kind and really understood how stressful it is to travel with a pet but as soon as we were in the taxi we felt at ease and everything went so smoothly. Superb, kind and professional service. I would highly recommend.

Rene and Elite Pet Taxi were great! I had some trouble with my flight due to weather and they were very responsive and helpful in adjusting travel plans. They met me at arrivals for CDG airport and helped load all the bags in the car and even brought a litter box for my little one to have all that she needed after a long flight to feel comfortable. Even Manu the cat enjoyed the ride and got some sightseeing in on the drive.
This was our second time using Elite Pet Taxis and we genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. The drive from Paris to London was smooth, calm, and perfectly organised from start to finish. Marcel is an exceptional driver — professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, especially toward our dogs. The van is spacious and comfortable, and the whole journey felt stress-free and effortless. A special thank you as well to Lucia, Marcel’s wife, who handles all the back-office organising — she is lovely and makes everything seamless. Truly worth every dollar spent. Highly recommend.
