Elite Pet Taxi made what could have been an incredibly stressful journey an absolute joy. After a 30-hour travel day to and from the States to London, I landed in CDG exhausted and anxious about getting my puppy Luna safely home — but from the moment I was greeted by Renee, I knew we were in the best hands. The drive to Notting Hill took less than 5 hours, and Renee could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating, making as many potty breaks as Luna needed along the way. The care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals was evident throughout the entire experience. I had the opportunity to work with Lucia and Marcel of the amazing Elite Pet Taxi as my fiancée and I relocated from Boston, MA to London, UK. From inquiring on their website to the drop-off at my doorstep, the experience was easy, smooth, and seamless. They answered any and every question I had, explained everything simply, and were always available. They made something so stressful, as I had never flown with my pets before and had to travel internationally for their first flight, extremely easy. Marcel talked me through everything, explained the health certificates, picked me up right at CDG, had litter ready for my cat, took me through the pet reception, made frequent stops to keep us comfortable, had snacks and water, and was just a great person to talk to during the ride. I have nothing but positive things to say about Elite Pet Taxi and hope the best for their business. They are extremely professional, know what they are doing, and truly care about us as customers. I honestly wish I could use Elite Pet Taxi for all of my transportation needs. More companies need to care about their customers like Marcel and Lucia. I could ask Lucia something at any time and she would respond, keep in mind there is a 4-5 hour time difference between the U.S. and the U.K. depending on daylight savings time. Lucia and Rene provided an exceptionally professional service from start to finish. From the initial quote to handling the relocation paperwork, Lucia was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. She constantly checked on the well-being and emotional state of my two cats. From before our flight took off, right after landing, and even while we were on the road, Lucia kept in close touch to ensure that both we and our cats were safe and comfortable throughout the journey from Paris CDG Airport to Manchester. Our driver, Rene, was also highly professional. His thorough knowledge of the Pet Reception Centre procedures gave us complete peace of mind, making the 9-hour drive incredibly comfortable and stress-free. We had an outstanding experience with Elite Pet Taxi Ltd. René was a fabulous driver — efficient, friendly, professional, and most importantly made us feel completely safe throughout the journey. Moving pets (two cats) internationally (Shanghai, China to London, UK) can be stressful, but René handled everything calmly and confidently, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. Wonderful service. They moved my dog and me from London to Paris and our driver could not have been nicer. He was a great safe driver - was totally focused on the road and I did not feel as though I needed to watch out for his blind spot or that he drove too quickly (as I sometimes feel in other car services!). I was impressed at how well he adjusted from driving in the UK to France and switching sides of the road as I had been nervous about that, but I trusted him completely. The car itself was very nice and clean and there was plenty of space for me, the dog, and luggage. Our driver even helped me carry my very heavy bag up the stairs. I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi!
It was a blind choice following a recommendation by Pet Express UAE office… and I am glad that I opted for their service. We took our pets from the UK to the UAE but couldn’t land in the UK with them in the cabin. So we had to land in Paris and travel by car. Elite Pet Taxi was very professional and communicative all the way. They know the process so you have ease of mind at the boarder. Our driver Usman was excellent ! Honestly we couldn’t have asked for more. Strongly recommend
We had the most amazing experience with Elite Pet Taxi! Marcel was our driver for our trip from London to Paris with our cat. He was incredibly helpful and always making sure we were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about all things pet travel and willing to answer and explain all of our many questions. Elite Pet Taxi made the trip quick and easy! Booking with Lucia was very smooth and made us feel comfortable prior to our trip. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling with their pet!
Rene and Elite Pet Taxi were great! I had some trouble with my flight due to weather and they were very responsive and helpful in adjusting travel plans. They met me at arrivals for CDG airport and helped load all the bags in the car and even brought a litter box for my little one to have all that she needed after a long flight to feel comfortable. Even Manu the cat enjoyed the ride and got some sightseeing in on the drive.
This was our second time using Elite Pet Taxis and we genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. The drive from Paris to London was smooth, calm, and perfectly organised from start to finish. Marcel is an exceptional driver — professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, especially toward our dogs. The van is spacious and comfortable, and the whole journey felt stress-free and effortless. A special thank you as well to Lucia, Marcel’s wife, who handles all the back-office organising — she is lovely and makes everything seamless. Truly worth every dollar spent. Highly recommend.
