I had approached a number of companies about pet taxi services as we were coming a long way from the Middle East, nothing felt right for me until I found Elite pet taxi, Marcel and Lucia were amazing. I was instantly at ease, the information they gave was all upfront and honest from the get go, I was so grateful to them, they made what could’ve been a very stressful time and journey very easy and relaxing. We were all so comfortable during our trip, especially my cat who’s never left the house before! Most other companies were telling me to wait around in the airport until they arrived that morning from UK, Marcel was there waiting as he stays in a hotel the night before. So considerate and this journey was a pleasure for me and the kids!

Fantastic service with Lucia and Marcel. We couldn't be happier with the journey and the help provided during the preparation period. Lucia was very helpful and responsive and the communication on WhatsApp was seamless! Marcel was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel completely safe and taken care of for the entire journey back including the more stressful times like the document checks at the border. The car we travelled in was very comfortable and some snacks and drinks were provided. Originally I had a different pet taxi company booked but after speaking with Lucia I cancelled my original reservation. I strongly felt even then that these are the people I can trust with my pet and our journey. They have been incredibly helpful throughout with information about procedures and paperwork. I could always reach to them and had an immediate response. I had a lovely driver Marek who made the trip experience very smooth and fast from the meeting at the Paris’s airport to my London home address. The entire experience was very professionally done, starting with the booking and coordination before we traveled. Our driver Marcel was excellent, he was on time his car was clean and comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about the document checks etc. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone looking to take the hassle out of pet travel.

I used Elite Pet Taxi today for my journey from CDG airport in Paris to Birmingham, UK. I was stressed about the whole travel experience as it was my first time bringing my dog to the U.K. and finding out about all the U.K. regulations. Elite Pet Taxi has made it so much less stressful. They truly care about their customers' experience and comfort and always checking in to make sure everything is smooth. Both Lucia and Marcel were very helpful in giving me the information I needed to know beforehand and offer to review my pet documents beforehand to make sure they look good. That really helped ease my anxiety. My driver, Marek, was really friendly and accommodating as we met a little trouble on our way but he was very patient and waited with me. It was truly an unforgettable experience. My dog felt very comfortable. Their service is truly exceptional and professional. I would definitely use Elite Pet Taxi again when I'm going to the U.K. again with my pet.

Rene was our driver and he was great! We had an issue with our pet papers and he helped take us to the local vet and waited for us to get the correct paper work. Very clean car and provided snacks and water. Very informed about the whole process since he has driven many times with other customers. Would book again if needed, thank you Rene!

I'm so grateful to Elite Pet Taxi for getting my cat in the UK. We booked the transport services from CDG airport, Paris (originally from Russia through Istanbul) to Reading, UK. Well in advance Lucia booked a train ticket for us and when our flight was delayed she was in touch even on a weekend and re-booked the ticket right away even before I even started to get worried. She was so supportive and positive, I can't even articulate how important it was. Before the start of the journey Lucia and her husband checked the certificates and confirmed we're good to go and that was very reassuring. Rene who was our driver was very nice and efficient, and his driving was just incredible! Border control was very smooth and quick! This company not only provides the highest level services but also cares about your pet and supports you through the whole process. I would 100% use them again and recommend to all my friends! We relocated from the US to the UK with our cat in cabin. We used Elite Pet Taxi to transport us and our cat from AMS to London and it could not have been a better experience. From first out reach, the Elite team was responsive, helpful, and understanding. They guided us each step of the way. Our driver Marek was excellent! He kept in communication on the day leading up to our travel and was waiting for us upon arrival in AMS. Once at the car, he had kitty litter set up for our cat and snacks for us! The drive was smooth and safe, and Marek was so kind about our cat who was quite boisterous during the trip! I'd highly recommend Elite and Marek, and will be using them again for our pet transport needs.

We had such a wonderful experience with Elite Pet Taxi. Marcel and Lucia were so helpful throughout the entire process of getting our dog to the UK, which is hard and involves a lot of bureaucracy and paperwork. They gave us great advice, and when our paperwork was late and we had to do some rescheduling they were super flexible. And the pickup through drop off process was perfect - Marcel made us feel very comfortable and made it so easy. If I ever have to do this process again I will only work with them. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Rene is a lovely man. Totally unflapable knows exactly what to do and where to go . The car is comfortable and after being given a few minutes to explore , Phoebe chose to go back in her cage and sleep. All unexpected as the longest car journey she has ever done is 12k in a car before going to the vets. This time it was. 1050k ! Thank you from both of us Phoebe and Susan

Elite Pet Taxi provided and wonderful and fantastic experience transporting our pets to England. The service is 5-star in every single way, from communication during booking, pickup with our many suitcases, and during the journey. I booked nearly a year in advance and Elite Pet Taxi kept in communication during that year preceding the journey including expertise with the required pet documents. Marcel was a very smooth driver and our two dogs never got car sick. He was also great conversationalist and very much enjoyed the discussions during the journey. I was in need of distilled water which is difficult to find in England and Elite Pet Taxi purchased the distilled water and it was in the vehicle when we were picked up; simply incredible! I had needed to turn in VAT refund documents and Marcel graciously took the time to assist me in completing this task. The vehicle was incredibly clean, water and snacks waiting on us, and very comfortable for our pets. This service is the absolute best in all categories and so thankful Elite Per Taxi made what could be a stressful journey incredibly easy and stress-free. Thank you!

Lucia was brilliant from the first email we sent, helping and adapting as we worked out our journey. Marcel who drove us the 14 hours with perfect breaks and whos calm attitude brought calm to our dog, made the experience really enjoyable. I had to travel from Brussels to London, and the car waited for me at the airport. The servise was perfect, and in the car we had everything that we needed for out cats, the litter box, water, and some snacks! The driver was really helpful in everything! Our trip was really comfortable!

Elite Pet Taxi was the best decision I made to return to the Uk with my dog. After 15 years abroad, this move was already stressful enough.
