We had a fantastic experience, very friendly customer service up until and including the day of travel. Communication was easy and consistent - our driver, Marcel, let us know when he arrived early and picked us up as soon as we were ready. He and Lucia were incredibly knowledgeable and made the process easy, from advising us on health certificates to getting through customs from France to the UK without any stress or issues. Marcel even managed to find us some good vegan food on the journey and got us home on time!

Our driver Marcel Zubko was amazing. Before the trip, when we were just communicating via text, he was conscientious and helpful - he outlined the route and reviewed our dogs' documents. In person, he was courteous and personable. At the start of the trip, he explained the route and what to expect at inspection. He helped us through animal inspection. This was my first time traveling with animals (2 tiny senior dogs) and we were all very nervous. Marcel greatly reduced my stress level throughout this entire process. My dogs and I were truly lucky to have met Marcel.

I travelled at the beginning of March 2026 with my cat from Hong Kong. The whole process of planning the trip (which I had not done before) was stressful. I wanted to fly with my cat in the cabin so chose Lufthansa from HK to Paris (via Frankfurt) for that reason. I planned everything more than 6 months in advance. Then, 1 week before my trip the French pet taxi company I had booked with suddenly tells me they cannot drive us anymore from Calais to London. I was in an absolute state of panic. After some googling and scouring of online reviews I found this company, messaged them on Whatsapp, they got back to me immediately with really detailed and clear info from the lady in the office and I was booked within the hour. From then on the communication was perfect, the meet and greet at Charles de Gaulle was prompt. The car was ready for the cat, with blankets on the seat so that he could be taken out of the carrier and stretch and travel comfortably. Litter was also provided. Snacks and water provided for human travellers provided also, in the car. The driver was so kind and really understood how stressful it is to travel with a pet but as soon as we were in the taxi we felt at ease and everything went so smoothly. Superb, kind and professional service. I would highly recommend.

Rene and Elite Pet Taxi were great! I had some trouble with my flight due to weather and they were very responsive and helpful in adjusting travel plans. They met me at arrivals for CDG airport and helped load all the bags in the car and even brought a litter box for my little one to have all that she needed after a long flight to feel comfortable. Even Manu the cat enjoyed the ride and got some sightseeing in on the drive.

This was our second time using Elite Pet Taxis and we genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. The drive from Paris to London was smooth, calm, and perfectly organised from start to finish. Marcel is an exceptional driver — professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, especially toward our dogs. The van is spacious and comfortable, and the whole journey felt stress-free and effortless. Marcel, what a man! That journey was one of the best journeys of our life, part of my wife moving from another country! He is social, caring asking often if we need anything, our dog Chris; appreciating the extra stops and even the effort from marcel to get to know our dog. And lucia, giving us all the information we needed for the pet passport and carried out the border force pet passport information, keeping us uptodate and so friendly! Hearing the history and the close sharing and even the motivation that he gave, you know, even gave me.hope, what a service! Both of you great job! After the journey and relaxing with my pet being comfy on the trip and travelling in style, he is even eating and getting to experience his environment and meet new people after a lengthy but well spaced journey travelling from the netherland to deep inside the united kingdom. If i had one improvement to a superb service, it would be to provide a booking reference via email showing beginning and end location for confirmation, maybe some sort of payment invoice once paid to confirm. First time travelling via Pet Taxi and we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Elite Pet Taxi Ltd and couldn’t honestly recommend them highly enough. We have two cats and were quite anxious to do such a long journey but they were so calm throughout the whole journe. We were picked up from Paris Orly Airport by Marcel, who was incredible from start to finish. Before the journey, we weren’t entirely sure how we were going to get our cats back to the UK, but Elite Pet Taxi guided us through the entire process — from travel logistics to requirements and documentation — making everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The journey itself ran so smoothly, and most importantly our cats were incredibly calm and relaxed throughout, which says everything. I cannot rate Elite pet taxi highly enough! I traveled from Hanoi in Vietnam to the UK. After booking my flight I had some problems with my vet regarding the required paper work for entering both the EU and UK. After a lot of back and forth with my vet I called Marcel and his wife at Elite pet taxi to get a second opinion. (This was the day before I was scheduled to travel) from their experience they were able to give me clear and correct advice. I then got whole new set of correct paper work the morning of travel. After quite a stressful start to traveling I successfully arrived at Paris airport to be met by Marcel who helped me with my dog and luggage - came equipped with scissors, drinking water and a friendly smile! We did a few much appreciated breaks throughout the journey where Marcel even looked after my dog, took him for a short walk while I used the restroom etc. we then smoothly checked paper work at the tunnel border, Marcel dealt with all communication at the pet border control. We boarded the tunnel and met my mother on the outskirts of London. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more reliable and helpful service! It was well worth every penny! Last year, our two extra large dogs moved with us from the US to Paris, so we knew relocating from Paris to London might be tough for them. Finding Elite Prt Taxi and Marcel made the whole experience so much easier. At the start of our transport day, Marcel arrived exactly on time. But, we accidentally locked our keys inside our apartment and ended up being delayed by about an hour. Marcel was incredibly patient and understanding and had already started adjusting the plan to account for our delay. Once we got on the road, Marcel noticed that we were missing an important document for our dogs that we needed before boarding Le Shuttle. Instead of letting us panic, he calmly helped us find a nearby vet who could sort out the paperwork so we could continue our journey. Our dogs were very stressed at the start of the trip, but Marcel was so kind and patient with them. His driving was calm and safe, which really helped keep them more relaxed throughout the ride. I was honestly so grateful we found him. What could have been a really stressful day ended up going smoothly thanks to his experience, patience, and kindness. I’d absolutely recommend Elite Pet Taxi to anyone who needs help transporting their pet!

Lucia was very punctual and communicated well with me although I wasn’t sure of the moving date just yet she told me that she could pen me down and that she will keep my spot until I got confirmation and it was very sweet of her because I was also asking so many questions and she was very patient with me She made me feel at ease with the payment and also when I first called her asking questions there was two options for the Taxi and she made it easy for me to understand. Send me pictures and message all clear. Marcel was a great driver. He was very good at driving and he was super friendly with us although we had a lot to pack we put a lot in the boot but he somehow managed to play Tetris puzzles around it and I was very impressed. He also stopped and recommended a yummy bakery as we came out the shuttle. I will be honest and say my booking, transport and all was enjoyable and I’m happy with everything.
