I was so stressed moving my cat across the world (literally, going from Hawaii to the UK). Marcel was so helpful during the entire process. I had checked out a few other pet transport services but I’m so glad I went with Elite Pet Taxi in the end. From the initial quote (where I changed both pickup airports and drop off locations multiple times), to the paperwork application, to the final drop off, everything was so simple and Marcel was a giant help! I seriously had so many questions and he was patient enough to answer them all. AND my flight getting was delayed and yet he was so nice about it all. Elite Pet Taxi is great! We traveled round trip with an American Akita between London and Paris. The trunk was very spacious and comfortable for a 54kg dog. Excellent service. I travelled with them twice in the last month and that is my overall opinion. The first time I was anxious because it's required to pay beforehand and you don't know them, but instead as soon as they received the payment, I was sent the notification with their booking. Obviously pet taxis are expensive, but it's 100% deserved. They pick you up from wherever and take you through the eurotunnel or to the place you need to go to. Their cars are extremely clean, cozy and huge, so that people, large animals and a couple of suitcases can fit. The entire team is very friendly, but in my experience they are also fantastically reliable. We had a problem with one of my cats' microchip and the manager moved at light speed to find her a comfy accommodation, a vet who works on Saturdays and he even took us there himself. When I came back to get her back he was ready, and as we met earlier than scheduled, he moved the booking to make us all get home ASAP. The team is chatty and loves dogs and cats, but they know when you like a little quiet. Further to that, they speak other languages, so they translate for you if needed. Thank you guys. He is doing those trips daily and can assist with most questions. He was on early, explained the journey once we left the hotel, and played an active role at LeShuttle (Eurotunnel). We ran into an issue with the health certificate and the implantation date. He kept calm and we were able to resolve the issue together with the rather difficult agent. Immediately they receive us friendly, with a personal approach and trying to give us the best routes and solutions for our situation. Marcel is the driver, a very friendly professional, and laser-focused on giving us the most effective and comfortable trip to our destination. I want to thank him truly because he saved us from a complicated situation with the passport of the cats. He drove us to a vet outside Calais to correct the passport of one of our cats, because unfortunately, the original vet in Italy made a mistake that we couldn't trace. If the situation is salvageable, Marcel will do his best to ensure the customers will arrive home with their pets. Crossing the Eurotunnel takes just 35 minutes and he arranged all the paperwork for that. The car is comfortable both for human and pets. My rabbit was calm and safe for the entire travel. Marcel is amazing! Book with him! He drove me and my senior black lab from Southampton UK to Portugal. It was a safe and comfortable ride and we arrived on time exactly as he planned. I would definitely recommend travelling with Marcel’s pet taxi due to a number of reasons. First, he provided us very valuable information on which documents to secure before we even finalized our agreement. That was a big relief. He was very reachable and online on whatsapp whenever I had a question about our travel. He checked in at the beginning of the week of travel to make sure everything is ok. Amazing service 5 stars From pick up in Paris to drop off in Glasgow everything was absolutely impeccable. The car was comfortable and spacious. Cold water and a snack in the back was a lovely gesture after a 3 hr flight with a dog. Marcel has lovely manner and very professional. He made our journey back to the UK Seem effortless. Our dog Frankie is not the best car traveler, Marcel always asked if we needed a bathroom break or food nothing was to much, he went above and beyond. I flew into Paris from New York and he picked me up from the airport and had water and a comfortable car (bonus for the seat heaters). Myself and my cat were able to nap a bit after a long flight! He took us to get coffee and pastries in France before making the border crossing and catching the train to the UK. I was really nervous about how to bring my cat into the UK but it ended up being (a very long trip) but super easy. My cat was extremely comfortable in the car and was able to destress after being on the airplane. I would 100% recommend this service!

Great experience! Marcel is an incredible driver and a great company. He was on time and took us at destination safely in brief time. Crossing the Eurotunnel takes just 35 minutes and he arranged all the paperwork for that. The car is comfortable both for human and pets. My rabbit was calm and safe for the entire travel. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Marcel is amazing! Book with him! He drove me and my senior black lab from Southampton UK to Portugal. It was a safe and comfortable ride and we arrived on time exactly as he planned. He showed up promptly to pick me up, and gave us plenty of breaks so that the trip went quickly and my dog had the opportunity to relieve himself. At the Chunnel he walked us through the pet reception, helped with the paperwork, and was professional at all times. It was a pleasure to ride in his Mercedes van and my dog seemed very happy and content with him. Plus his rates are the most reasonable for long trips! I would book again with Marcel. We were lucky to have him.

I would definitely recommend travelling with Marcel’s pet taxi due to a number of reasons. First, he provided us very valuable information on which documents to secure before we even finalized our agreement. That was a big relief. He was very reachable and online on whatsapp whenever I had a question about our travel. He checked in at the beginning of the week of travel to make sure everything is ok. He picked me and my dog up from the train station right on time and guided us through the pet reception process, which lasted only 2-3 minutes! We stopped for pee/breaks, which relaxed our dog Curry. He was very positive, and solution-oriented. He tried to be very efficient, conscious of our long travel times. He turned what could be a very stressful trip into an enjoyable one. Smooth journey and lovely driver! We moved with our kitten from London to The Netherlands and we had an incredibly smooth experience with Elite Pet Taxi. Better prices than other competitor, great driver - punctual and managed to take us to our new home before planned arrival time. We had never travelled with our two cats before and we had to drive across from France to the UK. With Marcel it was amazing. Marcel has driven us a few times from Paris to London and it is always the best experience. He makes it so easy, enjoyable and seamless.
