Just like their name suggests, Elite Pet Taxi's service was top-notch from start to finish. Lucia took care of all the arrangements and was incredibly prompt and efficient. She communicated clearly, handled everything professionally, and made the arrangement process seamless. We met Marcel at CDG airport, and he was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. His car was spotless and comfortable, and he made sure our pup got her potty breaks and accommodated the stops we needed along the way. From the moment he picked us up until we arrived, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. At the border, Marcel guided us through every step, and everything went so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Our dog is usually quite anxious in the car, but she stayed relaxed and rested peacefully for the entire ride. We'd flown into Paris in first class, but the car ride was even more comfortable — we actually slept better in the car than we did on the plane! The whole experience exceeded our expectations and felt effortless and comfortable throughout! My husband and I cannot compliment Elite Pet Taxi enough, we highly recommend! Amazing and reliable pet taxi. Highly recommended! It was a very easy and smooth process from the initial booking to the journey home. After a long flight with my dog I arrived in Paris and our wonderful driver Marek immediately met us at arrivals and was so helpful with everything. The final journey to London was really smooth and fast. Marek was great, he stopped several times so my dog could have a little break. The car was very comfortable for both my dog and me.
