From the start, they responded quickly to our inquiry, providing a detailed quote, photos of their vehicles, and flexible payment options, including credit card—perfect since we hadn’t set up a UK bank account yet. Since it was our first time crossing an EU border with Robin, we were a bit anxious about the paperwork. Marcel and Lucia kindly offered to review Robin’s documents and quickly noticed a small detail missing: a mobile number and a signature on one of his passport pages. Their attention to detail was a lifesaver, and we passed through the border without a hitch. We chose the van option for extra comfort and luggage space, and it was worth every bit. The legroom was more generous than business class on a plane, and Robin had plenty of space to move around and settle comfortably.
